- When was this photo taken? The author’s 19-year-old.
- Who took the photo? Lori Smith
- Where was this photo taken? The photograph was taken round the corner from author’s
halls of residence
- Why was this photo taken? The author thinks it is very inspiring as it’s not
often that people see such classy graffiti
- Why is this photo meaningful for the writer? If only everyone thought that way, the
world would be a better place.
- What is the story behind this photo? Homosexuals are not weird in the
society and the numbers of the homosexual just not as many as the normal
people.
- Who are the characters in the story? Lori Smith ,friendly people and author’s
few friends.
- Where is the setting? The author was apprehensive, to say the least, but Manchester is a very
welcoming city and we hit it off straight away.
- What are the series of Events? The author moved 200 miles away from my
parents’ home to a place.
- What is the 'tension' generated in the story? The author forgot that there are some
people who aren’t as accepting; who don’t understand and make life hell
for people whose only crime is being different.
- What is the climax in the story? Someone had painted the quote onto the
fence round a building site
- What is the resolution? At least there are a few who are trying to change
attitudes, even if it is just by using a spray can and a blank wall.
- What is the message behind the story? The author hopes people can
treat the homosexual equally as the normal people.
